I am a residential loan officer and mortgage advisor. I have resided in the NKY area for the last 18 years, originally coming from Indianapolis. I deliver a high lever of customer service and excel at helping people overcome obstacles to achieve their dreams of homeownership.

First time homebuyer? I love working with first time buyers and will walk you through all of the steps of homeownership so that you will feel comfortable and confident with your purchase. I can also help with repeat buyers, investors, buying a second home, vacation home or a refinance. I can also lend nationwide.

If you are unsure what the qualifications are or feel that you need a plan to buy a home, I will work with you to reach your goal. If credit repair is necessary, I can help with that too.

Hello, I’m Joseph Puck McNay—a lifelong Cincinnati native and full-time real estate specialist.

Before real estate, I spent years organizing over 2,500 events across Cincinnati—including work with 3CDC at Fountain Square and Washington Park, along with venues throughout Downtown, Clifton, and Northside. Today, I co-host “Nati Know-It-All” at Arnold’s Bar & Grill. That level of involvement has given me a real-world understanding of neighborhoods—how people live, where they go, and what drives demand.

I also bring a background in home building, renovation, and design, which helps my clients look beyond surface-level features and evaluate properties with a sharper eye. Whether it’s identifying value opportunities, preparing a home for market, or navigating inspections and negotiations, I stay focused on outcomes that make sense financially.
